Kraftwerk’s story begins in the late 1960’s where art students Ralf Hutter and Florian Schnieder meet at the Robert Schumann Arts Academy in Düsseldorf. Both musical majors, they formed a group called Organization. It was highly experimental, and performed in art centers and student unions. The ideas were to explore the sounds created through electronic instrumentation. This would become the trademark of their career.

Sun Ra is known as a prolific jazz composer, bandleader, poet and philosopher. Famously known for his "cosmic philosophy," musical compositions and performances, Sun Ra has left a legacy in Jazz that is important and influential.
